I have heard a lot that dancing is quite healthy and good for women to stay fit and active during their pregnancy. Of course, if you don’t have any restrictions from your doctor.
I remember when I was pregnant… My belly was so big that I could hardly walk like a normal person. I felt so clumsy and funny. I surely couldn’t dance at all. I once tried to dance with my husband on New Year’s Eve in my 38th week, but it looked too funny that we couldn’t stop laughing.
So, when I saw how this woman was dancing I was totally blown away!
